Sign-In:

STEP 1: Populate the email address and password you used to sign-up and click the ‘Log-In’ button (reference screenshot below).

STEP 2: Assuming that you put in the correct details you will be taken to your ‘User Dashboard’ (reference screenshot below).

Account Verification (KYC):

STEP 1: Click on the ‘Go to Settings’ button in the ‘Account Status’ block (reference screenshot above).

STEP 2: Click on the ‘KYC Profile’ tab (reference screenshot above) … you will be taken to the ‘KYC Profile Page’ (reference screenshot below).

STEP 3: Populate the detail as prompted and upload the required documents.

Important to Note: Please take a photo of yourself holding (with your face clearly visible) your identification document. The identity document must be open to show your identification information.

STEP 4: Read and Accept T&Cs.

STEP 5: Click on the 'Save' button

STEP 6: You will receive popup confirmation message (top right – in green), and have thus successfully submitted your account for verification, and may commence trading.

Important to note: If there any any issues with the photo of yourself holding your identification document your trading status will be revoked until such time you submit a valid photo.
