STEP 1: Click on the ‘Profile’ button in the left hand menu to reveal the ‘Profile Dropdown Menu’(reference screenshot below).

STEP 2: Click on the ‘2FA’ line item (red text) in the ‘Profile Dropdown Menu’ (reference screenshot above) … you will be taken to the ‘Two Factor Authentication Page’ (reference screenshot below).

STEP 3: Follow the instruction in the box on the LHS to retrieve the ‘Code’ you need to enter in the box on the RHS (reference screenshot above).

STEP 4: Enter the code you retrieved in the box on the RHS and your account password and click the ‘Enable Two Factor’ button. You will be taken to the ‘Backup Codes Page’ (reference screenshot below).

STEP 4: A popup confirmation message will be displayed (top right – in green), briefly. Save these backup codes.

Important to Note: Backup codes are a number of one-time codes that are generated specifically for your account on our platform when you have 2FA enabled. You need the backup codes in case you want to login to your account and cannot access the primary one-time code generator.
