How to withdraw funds from your USD Wallet

We are in-progress with automating 'Withdrawal of Funds from your USD Wallet’ so when click on the ‘Withdraw’ button on your ‘Wallets Page' you will see a notification asking you to email support@insaaphcapital.com to process a withdrawal (reference screenshots below).

Notification when you click the ‘Withdraw’ button on your ‘Wallets Page.’

STEP 1: Send us an email advising us that you want to process a withdrawal. Include your banking details i.e.

Bank Name,

Account Holder Name,

Account Number,

Branch Code,

Account Type, and

SWIFT Address (if applicable).

We will then process your payment and send you a Payment Notification via email.


Important to Note: Per our General Marketing Campaign T+Cs, Clause 3, we reserve the right to restrict transferability and withdrawals of Campaign incentives and or rewards.

General Marketing Campaign T+Cs Extract: ”Campaign incentives and or rewards, if any, will be specified in marketing materials. Incentives and or rewards are campaign and product specific, and no substitutions will be allowed. Where incentives and or rewards are transferable and withdrawable, such transferability and withdrawal is contingent on a maturation period for incentives and rewards, and on Users contribution and Active Participation, where Active Participation is defined as Users purchasing Tokens using their own funds, for a period of no less than 2 (two) years from date of first Tokens purchase using own funds. The sponsoring company reserves the right to modify or terminate campaign incentives and or rewards, or to amend terms and conditions associated with campaign incentives and or rewards, at any time without notice. Where incentives and or rewards are transferable and withdrawable, the sponsoring company reserves the right to restrict transferability and withdrawal, within reason, at its sole discretion."

VARSITY V10 Campaign: We restricted withdrawals of USD that Users receive via the VARSITY V10 campaign. We've also restricted the sale of Tokens that Users acquired via the VARSITY V10 campaign. The restriction (lock-in period) was initially set as 6 months, and have been revised in accordance with our General Marketing Campaign T+Cs, reference extract above.
